four The sativa owner replaced the fridge considering the fact that our last stay 2 years ago, which was needed. I feel that the home owner needs to address several challenges. The main criticism that I have with the property may be the sliding glass doors. Most, if not all, of them really need to become replaced. The door which is used the most (from the living/kitchen area towards the rear deck) is extremely tough to open.

Matthew, thank you for your feedback and we recognize your candor. We attempt really hard to not oversell this property as we're fully knowledgeable It's not at all current, what we consider very simple, and feel as whether it is priced correctly to that respect.
The property is as marketed - nothing fancy into the house but excellent location about the beach. No, the house isn't full of the latest and best furnishings, but experienced plenty of space for our family of four, was clean, and experienced everything we needed. I actually appreciated that there was not a lot of decorations/other "stuff" that our two small kids could potentially break or destroy.
three This house is in This sort of a fantastic spot, so close to the beach with such astounding sights! It has so much potential, but there has of course been no consideration for that comfort of friends. Everything inside the home is as cheap as you possibly can, old, and sometimes even dirty.
